I’m considering buying a rental in Cape Coral? Any advice on what is happening in that market?

Most of my rentals are in Cape Coral. Great place to invest in my opinon. Just with any market its important to look at your numbers and make your money on the purchase and not expect the market to bail you out. Multi-family units are sky high on a purchase/rent ratio right now so I would lean away from them personally, but just my .02
