Previously Complied with Home Inspection

Hello BP,

We just recently got an offer accepted on a house here in Anchorage, Alaska. The selling agent was quick and forthcoming with a previously completed home inspection from just 13 days prior. The way I figure is I have two options.

1. Take that inspection and use it for my own and save myself 700 dollars.

2. Re-accomplish a new inspection so to rule out any wrong doing.

Taking option 1 I figure I will research the company and make sure everything is on the up and up.

I know this is ultimately a personal decision however I trust what this community has to say so your advise would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much!

Brent
