Hello, I am new and have a question

Hello,

I am new to the forum and I am trying to figure out if a product I am marketing would be helpful in the real estate niche. I offer loans backed by securities. In other words you have a stock portfolio that you don't want to touch so you use those stocks as collateral for a loan. Origination/administration fee 6% due when the clients receives the money and the interest (usually 4-7%) can be deferred until repayment. Duration is usually 2-5 years. Minimum loan amount is $100K and no real maximum. Can use almost any stocks.

Is this something that real estate investors would be interest in using? Just trying to figure out if this is a viable avenue for marketing.

Thanks for any help.
