Raising Rent according to Zillow
Zillow says $125 rent increase equals a move and $50 increase is a common increase for tenants who stay. What is a make me move rent increase in your area? Percentages? Is an over $50 increase enough to make a $1350 a month tenant leave but a $1600 month tenant will stay?
