HI ALL I’M Thinking about buy & hold investing in Delaware real estate, whIle I lIve out of state. I don’t see a lot of info out there so figured here would be a great place. Some questions would be what are the positives & negatives about landlording in DE? Is it a tenant, landlord, or a neutral state? Are the tax incentives or liabIlItIes for purchasing in DE? Which way Is the market trending? What’s property management like? Is there a particular area to target or avoid? Mostly thinking about central part of the state, but not solely. Is an LLC aim DE a good idea? Any pertinent feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
