Good resources for analyzing the rental market?

What resources do you guys use for analyzing vacancy rates, demographics, rental trends and all that stuff? For example, I just came across a website called mpf research, and saw a short video where they discussed how rents in orange county, ca were stagnant despite rising occupancy rates.
