How do i find BIRD DOGS?

I hope this  right spot to post this. Delete if not.. i’m Interested in flip houses. I need as many deals as possible. I have plenty of private money.. how much does a investor pay big dogs to find properties and where can you advertise that you may actually find people to help you?
