Good intro for learning how to build Cash Flow through Rentals?

Can anyone recommend a good book to read up on general wealth generation through rental properties, how to evaluate deals, how to finance deals, and other intro topics? I found three books so far that seem to touch on these topics and wanted to see if any BP folks have read these or can suggest an alternative before I invest the time/money.
