Rental Property Expense
Hi,
I moved to a new house on 30 March 2010. I advertised my old house for rent starting 1 April 2010. I got a tenant signed for 1 year lease on 15 May 2010. During period of 1 April - 15 May 2010, I painted some of the wall due to its wear and tear. I also paid lawn fee and utility and also did pest control.
Can I include all this expenses on my rental expense tax deduction ?
Regards,
Gugu
