Hello,

I'm starting to loose track of which Insurance company I had gotten for which properly and if a property has flood insurance, etc. I have property manager in different state and I sometimes mix them up as well. Does anyone use a software or an excel sheet they can share that will help me keep track of my properties? Thanks in advance.
