Looking For Investors for Ground up Construction Apartments

Hi i am an investor and developer for 20 years and am looking to grow my business. i am currently looking for investors to join in the development of new apartment buildings in los angeles. anyone have any input how i can acquire new investors to join in as LP's in the new ventures. Again i have been doing this with 2 investors for the past 20 year but now need to expand to larger projects. I currently looking to raise 6 mil. for the development and hold of a 60 unit apartment building in the heart of los angeles. Echo Park. Please advise.
