Buy Location Location Location
Hi guys,
I am from the Bay Area. I am new to investing. The usual recommendation is to buy location aka good school.
I am looking at online sites like zillow, redfin...etc. Those area are out of my reach.
I want to wait until it cool off, but I don't know. Like I said I am new to RE.
Do you think it's still good to invest in the Bay Area right now?
