Having trouble finding a Generic purchase contract

Hey everyone, I have found a home for sale By Owner and have gotten a verbal agreement. I want to get this house under contract ASAP but I don't want to use a agent. Could someone please point me in the direction of where I could find a plain contract that I could fill in the info. Thank you.

PS I have searched the BP tools and files and have not been able to find one.
