Can I market a house for rent if I haven't closed on it yet?

I am closing on my first investment property this month.  We have scheduled the closing and all due diligence has been completed. Am I allowed to market the property for rent before I close? Or do I have to wait to have title to the property before being allowed to post ads on Craigslist, newspapers, etc? 

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
