Profit margine VS project turn around time
Hello Bigger Pockets World
Wanted to get a view from others about profit and project completion time. I've learned over time that profit doesn't always line up with completion. For me, completion doesn't always equal profit. Knowing profit is at the end of the project may have you chase the finish. Finishing fast doesn't always mean your profit has large margins. In some cases I had projects run into 5 months, but had the most profit. What are some ways to predict profit and turn around? Id like to hear some stories.
Happy 4th friends
