Foreclosure Property, Concessions - Home Inspection ?

N/A N/A

Hi,

If I'm interested in bidding on a foreclosure property, but I want to place my bid with concessions, for example a home inspection, how would I do that prior to the auction ? prior to me bidding on the foreclosure property ?

Thanks !

I think you mean with a contingency not a concession, and with foreclosures you don't get to. If you are working the preforeclosure market then sometimes you see some of the inside of the house, but most of the time you are buying it at foreclosure without knowing what the inside even looks like.
