Vetting the contractors on turnkey properties, are you doing it?
It's interesting that most of us never think twice about doing our due diligence when it comes to a contractor doing work on your personal home. From checking out BBB to getting referrals, we implicitly know that we should check out a contractor before we commit... But do you do the same when buying a turnkey property from someone?
