Dallas area inspector recommendations

I have a couple of properties under contract that I need to have inspections completed on. I want everything to be inspected including foundation, pool, etc. so the inspector needs to be able to provide those services. I'm also a little concerned about a potential mold issue on one of the properties. Any recommendations? I appreciate it!
