Hi, I am conducting a study on investors that use proffesional investigation services. I have just a couple questions and I would really appreciate your answers. You can also send your answers to my e-mail address instead of posting them here.

-Have you ever paid for a skip trace or search by an investigator for real estate investing purposes, if so how much?

-Would you pay for one again?

-Do you use any paid self-service information databases to search for peoples info?

-What is your success rate (how many out of 10) for finding missing owners yourself?

-What is the most you would be willing to pay for a search if: You were guaranteed that they would find the person or that you would not be charged if there were no results?
