What costs do Auction.com make you pay on top of the winning bid

I have a few properties on auction.com that I am thinking about bidding on. I have dealt with foreclosure sheriff sales in the past. When dealing with the sheriff sales, all you had to pay was the winning bid plus around $500 in other fees. I was wondering if anyone had purchased via auction.com and if they know what you are required to pay for in addition to the winning bid amount. (For example if you bid is less than the amount that is owed on the property by the previous owner, must you pay the remainder? Plus what other fees must you pay?) Thank you for your help!
