Eager Seattle House Hacker Moving To Austin

Hello there,

I'm a software engineer in Seattle getting my feet wet with house hacking and RealtyShares. In two years, I'm moving from Seattle back to my hometown of Austin. I would love some thoughts on how to spend these two years.

  • Is two years too short to build a wholesaling business in Seattle?
  • Should I get a head start in Texas remotely?

I have a lot of free time, but my funds are tied up in a build-to-rent deal with my dad.

Excited to be part of BiggerPockets! Powering through the podcasts and books has been great!
