If you did not have a valid reia club in your area, how would you find rehabbers? I am getting readying to write 2 offers. I know that they will be signed around because they are motivated sellers. However, I am nervous, because it seems that the investors in the area are an elusive bunch. I am considering driving 2 hours North just to pitch my deals. Any insight?
