Beware of this company.. They try and scam your deposits and claim they made a mistake.. When the new tenants pays first months rent and deposit the 1st months rent will be entered into the PM system and then credited to the management company for a leasing fee.. So  if you don't pay attention if you received your deposit or not you will never know you are short because in the PM system the 1st months rent is paid and when you run a report on outstanding balances it will be up to date..

On the flip side if PM claims the deposit as the lease fee it will be more difficult to scam you because both 1st month and deposit needs to be entered in system so if the 1st month rent is missing it will be auto balance owing..

I can understand a mistake  but twice.. hm.. zero credibility  your paying this company 2k a month and they can't get enough..

Fired and moving on
