Off Record Interest - How to Cloud title

I have off record interest in a property with another person who is on the title. After a recent title search, I found that my "partner" had gotten a couple loans and now there are liens on the title that I was not aware of. What can I do so that I can be notified if my "partner" decides to apply for another loan or gets another lien placed on title. Is there something I can file to cloud the title?
