Hi I am new to this industry (learning it for a few years but...)and want my first deal.  My son is getting married and living in Portage la Pairie, Manitoba, Canada.   I would like to house hack for him but I don't see much on the market that seems like it would work.  Does anyone have any experience there? Or know of any good realtors?
