Hi all,

I'm visiting ATL this weekend for the first time and plan to explore the area on Sat, March 3. Anyone have recommendations for solid real estate agents? Prefer someone who has experience working with out-of-state investors and ties to good property management.

Currently own 2 duplexes in CLE and am looking at potentially purchasing another property:

  • SFH or duplex in a A or B neighborhood
  • Positive cashflow a must/appreciation nice to have
  • Average to turnkey condition (no significant rehab)
  • 50-125k purchase price

Thanks!
