Best areas in Florida?

Hi everyone! This is my first post here and I’m new to Bigger Pockets in general.

My husband and I own a home building and flipping company that we opened last year. For a variety of reasons, I would like to relocate to Florida, however, I need to find a really good area for our business there in order for my husband to consider it.

My first inclination was Orlando, but after talking to several realtors there, it doesn’t seem to be as good for a flipper as I thought it would be.

Another area I really like is Pensacola.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Specific areas that you would recommend would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Very curious why Florida is so bad for flips; isn't the northern central Florida area growing?

What about for rentals?

What's the difference between above the line and below the line?
