Investment Property In bad neighborhood?
A property came up on my radar that requires a little tlc but otherwise seems to be in great condition. The home is technically within city limits of a prime, safe, and stable middle class rental area, however it is on a main road across from what most would consider a very bad area - higher crime rates, and much lower income area. The home needs a cash buyer and the sellers are strongly encouraging ANY and ALL offers. My question: would any price point make this property a good investment or does the neighborhood it borders negate an incredible price?
