Hi! I am a newbie from Lancaster, CA. I have been reading books, posts, blogs and listening to podcasts, etc to learn about Real Estate Investing. I have a full time job not related to RE, but would like to start investing in real estate, ultimately to have financial freedom. I would like to connect to people here in BP , or attend some meetups . Any recommendations, tips,referrals for a newbie like me will be much appreciated!
