Loan Rates, Points and $ to Close
Hello. We are sorting our which 30-yr fix loan rate to lock into for a SFH rental. I was curious as to whether folks usually go for the loan with the lowest rate or lowest amount of money to bring to closing. Here are the numbers for our options.
