Refinancing Current home

Hi, I am wanting to refinance my current home and then either seller finance or lease option it. Do I need to tell my new mortgage holder of my plans. I have lived in the house for about 15years.

    @Brian Rowles I wouldn't. Don't ask don't tell. Be careful with the due on sale clause though. Slim chances they would call it due if you were to transfer ownership but it does exist.
