House Hacking (What cities are the most ideal to find duplexes)

Hello, 

I am long time reader first-time poster and would like to know the best cities to find a duplex or triplex. I am from the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area but I currently travel alot for work so living in a different area isn't a problem as long as I could find a nice house in which I could "house hack".
