Foreclosure Bail Outs in Louisiana

I purchased a house which is now valued at $120,000.  I tried to sale the house with a sale subject to my existing mortgage but,  the Bank called the balance due on sell clause.  To save the house and buy time to consider which way to go I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.  Now with a $92,000 balance on the house I'm behind $17K in PTI.  Can I have someone pay the $17K that needs a house with no credit or leave the house in my name allowing someone new to take over my $709 Note under Louisiana real Estate Law?
