How do I create an LLC?

Hi everyone! 

I have 16 units in Dayton, OH. I am looking to create an LLC to put my properties under but I have no idea how to go about it. I was hoping you all could help me out. Not asking for legal or accounting advice. Just want to know how to go about the process as cost-effectively as possible.
