Final Pay-outs to Pinnacle investors

It is my understanding from several conversations with Pinnacle
that some of the accounts have already closed. Namely, there are
investors who have completed the last cycle and received their
checks including their full principal and interest. Can we reasonably
assume that these folks will not be a part of the final restitution?
Also, I have to wonder how many of the roughly 2,000 investors
have not completed the final cycle.
