Property management software for five units

Hello,

Can anybody recommend a good property management app or software for a newbie landlord?  I picked up two duplexes in the last few months and have a commercial building with one tenant.  I have 5 total tenants.  The plan is to continue to expand and ideally would prefer to use the same software now as when the portfolio increases in size.
