Hey Guys, I’m Dan and I’m new to the Bigger Pockets forums. I have some real investing experience but I’m looking to educate myself more. Can please anyone explain to me what wholesaling is and how that relates to investing? I’ve heard people talk about wholesaling and lists, what are they and how can they be used. Thanks much in advance.
