looking for affordable insurance company in St. Louis, MO

Hello, everyone. My first post on this platform. I'm looking for an affordable and reliable insurance company for a 4-unit rental that I'm in escrow on in St. Louis, MO. I have another 4-unit in St. Louis insured with State Farm, but they are a bit inconsistent in their communication and with their quotes. Looking for a total replacement cost apartment policy for the 4-unit in the Carondelet area of St. Louis. I was quoted a ridiculous price of about 3.5k a year. Any insurance company recommendations in the St. Louis area?  Thanks.

Hi, @Steve Sherman... I didn't do a ton of research and comparison, but I use Shelter Insurance based on a recommendation I got from an investor/realtor. They've worked well for me so far. Message me directly if you'd like me to share my contact at Shelter.
