Need some financial advice, should I do a debt consolidation?

I just recently made a lump sum purchase on my credit cards and am currently in debt 44k. I'm not having issues having to pay them but I'm starting to feel the effects of the interest. I've always managed to pay my credit card almost fully every month in the past and so I never really felt interest fees. But again, this purchase is the reason I'm unable to pay it in full. I've recently contacted National Debt relief, and I was told I can consolidate all my debt to a reasonable monthly payment that I'm already making with all 3 combined, and my debt is erased in 44 months. BUTTTT, my credit score will take a dive. I've just established my LLC a few months back and in the process of getting my business credit cards. I know they will do a hard pull on my credit score. I want to start keeping my business expenses separate from personal and if I don't get approved for business credit cards due to low credit score, then what options would I have. Any advice and how I should proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Mind you. WHEN I get my first flip, that debt will be the first thing to go. lol
