Hello, want to wish the BP community members a Healthy, Happy, Wealthy 2018.  I am looking to acquire some properties in the Cleveland Ohio area. I would like to add a qualified GC to my team because many of the homes that I am interested to appear to need work. Does anyone know of any reliable GC in that area that could be recommended? Thanks
