Planning to acquire my first Multi Family property in MA

I just joined BP. Very excited to be part of a caring and helping community. I have plans to own at least one multi family property in 2018. I live in MA and thinking of acquiring my first property close to where I live. Need help/guidance in looking for deals in MA. Financing is not a problem as I have decent HELOC on my primary home. Also I own a rental property in Brookline, MA. If you know any good agents in this area I can work with will be highly appreciated. Thanks, Ravi
