Owner move in eviction in Florida.
I did quite a bit of searching on the internet trying to find info on owner move in evictions in Florida and was not fortunate enough to find the answer. Does anyone knows if that is allowed in Florida? Thanks

No, there is no provision in the statutes to allow you to break a tenants lease because you want to move in.
After a foreclosure you have to honor tenant’s lease, if it is for more than 90 days, for 90 days if you are going to occupy.
