I closed on my first mult-family property yesterday after a 10 month educational journey !  I want to thank Brandon, Josh & the BiggerPockets staff for their help jumpstarting my RE campaign.  So happy to complete the purchase before the end of the year !  Now onto property # 2.  Happy Holidays BiggerPockets !!
