Best cities for rental investment, fastest growing cities

@Brian Davis came up with yet  another data heavy amazing blog post in October 2017.

1) I went to the original wallethub article and decided to put all the data on a google map.

2) I also put them on a spreadsheet

I combined the following info on the NAME on the map

overall ranking—city_name—state—population—Sociodemographics’ Rank—jobs/economy rank.

For example, the entry for Frisco, TX will look like this on the map

1--FRISCO--TX--116989--1--27  :::  1 = overall rank,   116989 = population  1 = sociodemographic rank, 27 = jobs rank
