Just curious on if they read real estate investing books before they started? Do you think they still real Real Estate books to sharpen their skills or are they just going on their own way of thinking on investing?

Great question, Greg. I can assure you they weren't reading books written by some guru, but were focusing on legitimate, high-level finance texts.
