HURRICANE SEASON HELL 2017 - DID THE HURRICANE HURT YOUR PROPERTY

2017 was the  year of the hurricanes!  It is has cause me much anguish because of unforeseen capital improvements to be made and loss income because one of my 5 properties in Houston was ruled uninhabitable.  Another was damage badly but was still livable.  I am thankful no one got hurt.  I learned that carpet in rentals in low lying areas is a very investment.  Anyway I like Houston has bounce back.  I Houston, except the Astros who beat our Dodgers in the World Series.
