I was looking at properties and I want to use an FHA loan to start on my first property. I looked up what I needed for an FHA loan and it says at least two years of W-2’s and taxes ? I’m 18 and my current job is my first official job, my other ones were under the table. What other routes Can I take ? Thank you

Hey @Alex Gallardo. Some smaller local banks offer very similar products to FHA, but as a conventional loan. You'll probably need a co-signer, but it'd be better than nothing. Good luck!
