Hi everyone, over this summer I want to learn a lot about real estate by doing an internship, I want to learn from people willing to help me out. Do you have any advice for me, or If you live near me we can possibly work something out, I'm young, excited, and ready to work! I live in westchester county, New York and want to know if anybody can help me out. I'm very eager to work for you, and 100% willing to learn! I would like to intern at a property management company, a brokerage, an investor, or anything along those line. If you have any places or advice please reach out to me, I will greatly appreciate it! What do you guys think about this? thanks!

My apologies for not getting back to your last email. Make a list of Brokerages in your area. Do a google search. Go to every single one and speak with the office manager or broker of record. Try to provide something of value. Answer phones, help with marketing, etc.. Ask who are the most successful agents or teams and see if you can meet with one of them. Look into REO brokers as well. You may meet more investors that way. Good luck buddy!
