Good afternoon everyone.
I am a property investor in the UK and I am on a coaching program at the moment. I am looking to source the latest creative property investing going down in the US because you guys are always streets in front of us. We are comparing the US real estate to UK property deals. I have lots of questions about short sales, wholesaling, sub2 deals, bandit signs, start-ups, reo all things I haven't heard about in the UK. Any chance any of you guys are on skype and have time to explain. I am happy to call if you have time to enlighten me. Please can someone help me. Look forward to hearing from you. Shirley
