Tips for resources to find apartment buildings

I currently own several single family homes and small multifamilies (duplexes and triplexes). I am preparing to purchase my first larger multifamily property. At this point I am thinking I would like between a 10 and 20 unit property. However, I am just starting my education and research phase.

What websites and online resources are available to locate properties in this category. Obviously realtor.com is of no help with regard to these assets. I regularly follow loopnet, but it clearly does not provide a great selection. Are there other online resources that I should be using?

it seems to be kind of a mess really, i have seen some listings on craigs, under the business section, most on loopnet, some on showcase, but check your local mls to see if they have a commercial section. Also start contacting local commercial agents and ask if you can get on their "list" as a potential buyer, but be prepared to prove your ability to purchase, so they take you seriously. Good luck but you probably don't need it as your are in a great are for cap rates (so i am told):-)
